Initially established as a commercial and industrial construction company with diverse capabilities associated with civil engineering construction, commercial retail, specialised commercial and industrial office/warehouse/showroom projects, the company has since expanded on it’s expertise.
Not long after Siena’s inception the company became a registered unlimited domestic builder and now highly experienced in the construction of prestigious, high end residential projects. In recent times Siena has been successful in securing contracts for the construction of residential apartment and multi-unit development projects.
